1. What is the delivery time for orders in Pakistan?
Delivery time depends on the dispatch date and courier service. External factors such as political protests or national events may affect delivery. The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days after dispatch.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to 150 countries worldwide. For International Orders, please DM us on Instagram @gothed.official. All international orders are prepaid.
3. Will the item restock?
No, we do not restock any sold out article. All pieces are released in limited quantities and are not produced again once sold out. If you're considering an item, secure it early.
4. Do you offer Sale Offers?
We offer pre-booking sales before the official launch of select articles. Afterward, a launch sale is held, followed by constant increase in prices of upcoming batches. Be sure to cope the product when it is available.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns/refunds. However, all products undergo a strict quality control process to ensure no defective items are shipped. If a defect occurs, please contact us at contact@gothed.org within 24 hrs to request an exchange. Please note, exchanges may take 15-20 days to process.
6. How do I find the right size for me?
Our products are designed considering the body types common in Pakistan. To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to the size guide on the product page. If you have further questions, feel free to email us for assistance.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) & Bank deposits as our main payment methods.

10. Do you have any physical outlet?
Yes, our products can be found at STOR. (Business Bay, Opposite Hardees, Lake City, Lahore). Availability of articles can be inquired from STOR.
