Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds. Every GOTHED product undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure no defective items are dispatched. If an issue occurs, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@gothed.org. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and the GOTHED barcode intact and attached. Items with missing, damaged, altered, or removed barcodes will not be eligible for any return or exchange under any circumstances.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit your exchange request (complete order details & query included) via email:

  2. Ship your product to our warehouse at the following details:

  3. Please include your order slip or complete order details inside the parcel. Parcels received without sufficient order identification may result in delays in processing.
  4. Once your item is reviewed and approved, your replacement product will be shipped automatically to your provided address.
  5. Exchanges may take 7–12 days for full processing.
  6. All exchanges are free of cost. A standard shipping charge of Rs. 200/- applies.
