Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds. Every GOTHED product undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure no defective items are dispatched. If an issue occurs, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@gothed.org. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit your exchange request (complete order detail & query added) via email:

  2. Ship your product to our warehouse at the following details:

  3. Once your item is reviewed and approved, your replacement product will be shipped automatically to your provided address.
  4. Exchanges may take 7–12 days for full processing.
  5. All exchanges are free of cost. A standard shipping charge of Rs. 200/- applies.
